We work closely alongside our couriers to ensure all orders are delivered to our customers within the quickest possible timeframe. The delivery methods available to you will depend on the items ordered and the delivery postcode. simply add the desired items to your basket. we will post all the item by tracking delivery.
Delivery Exceptions:
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses and we strongly advise against requesting delivery to hotels, workplaces, multiple occupancy premises, or third-party couriers. Any such orders are entirely at the risk of the customer. Goku Cycles cannot accept any liability for these orders if they fail to arrive or are damaged upon receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help out.

GOKU Bike New & Used
We do not currently offer a full refund for a custom built bike as all bikes are customised to the customer’s specification.
If you don’t like the bike we can offer part exchange or a trade in price (price offered will depend on the condition of the bike).

Parts & Accessories
If you change your mind on any part or accessories order you have 14 days to return a product for a full refund subject to conditions:
All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
The buyer pays any return delivery fee. A refund will be issued when the returned item is received.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.
Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns and Refund policy.
Please note that if you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund.

New Goku Custom Built Bike
Includes a 2 Year Warranty for the frameset
which covers the frame set and fork for manufacturing defect
1st free full service of the bike within 3 months (parts not included)
from the date of purchase as per receipt. A copy of the original receipt is required.
In general, the full service cost for a Goku bike is £25 + parts
Service recommended every 6 to 9 months, dependant on how you use
